Before you begin- please ensure you have all of the required information ready!
You will need to attach the below required items to submit your request. Missing items will delay your request and could result in possible denial.
Copy of your
lot survey
with
locations of changes clearly marked
with measurements
Copy of
vendor proposal/estimate
showing kind, shape, height, materials and color to be used and the location and measurements. (If doing yourself, copy of material receipts)
Color photos
of the materials/changes requested. Examples include:
– Color photos of fence panels, pavers, mulch.
– Sketches of landscape designs.
– Diagrams of solar panel install showing location of panels, conduits, electrical boxes, etc.
– Photos of shrubs or trees you wish to plant.
– Photos of landscape edging and color
– If changing paint color combination, include photos of your left and right neighbors homes

Please provide a description of your requested change, modification or installation and the location on your property.
In order for your request to be properly reviewed, please submit all of the required documents listed below. Submissions that are missing necessary documents will not be reviewed until all items have been submitted. The maximum 30 day approval timeframe starts once all documents required on the form are received.
File types accepted are PDF, JPG and PNG.

Please submit a copy of your survey with the location of your requested changes clearly drawn and labeled
with measurements.

Vendor Proposal/Materials Receipt (if doing yourself)

Please upload a copy of your vendor proposal/estimate showing kind, shape, height, materials and color to be used and the location and measurements. If doing the work yourself, you will need to submit the receipt or quote for the materials purchased. (You may black out the pricing/costs if desired, that information is not needed- just the material details and vendor information.)

I HEREBY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1.
No work will begin until written approval is received from the Association.
I have 6 months from the approval date to complete the work, unless otherwise stated in the Architectural Guidelines. If not, then I must reapply for approval.
2. All work will be done expeditiously once commenced and will be done in a professional manner by a licensed contractor or myself that will minimize interference and inconvenience to other residents.
3. I assume all liability for any and all damages to other lots and/or common areas, which may result from performance of this work.
4. I will be responsible for the conduct of all persons, agents, contractors, subcontractors and employees who are connected with this work. Vendors are NOT allowed to put advertisement signs up. Vendors MUST remove their own trash – they may not use third-party dumpsters.
5. I am responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, regulations and requirements in connection with this work. I will obtain any necessary governmental permits and approval for the work.
6. A decision by the Association may take up to 30 days from receipt. I will be notified via email when the application is either approved or denied. Not receiving an approval doesn’t not waive the requirement to have written approval before work begins.
Emails sent to you regarding request status updates will come from "no-reply@smartwebs.com". Please add to your "safe-sender" list in your email account to ensure delivery.
In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the Association’s Rules and Regulations, installation must conform to this approval and the Association’s guidelines. I hereby request your consent to make the following changes, alterations, renovations and/ or additions to my property.
