Due to ongoing service and quality issues with the prior landscaping vendor, the Board has terminated the prior contract and relationship and after a thorough RFP process where we solicited bids from 6 different landscape management companies, we are pleased to announce we have selected a new vendor and already have seen marked improvements. You may have noticed in the past few weeks some much-needed attention given to some common areas, especially around the main entrance. There is still more to do, and for the coming weeks, we will be focusing on various areas around the community each week as we work to get them up to higher standards.
