These Rules and Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) have been designed to provide you with information that you need to begin utilizing the facilities and programs available to you as a resident of our community. These Rules have been thoughtfully established to help us to maintain the proper utilization of all areas while providing residents with a safe and enjoyable experience. The rules are periodically updated by the Board of Directors, under authority of the CC&Rs section 10.xxx “Common Area.”

- All owners/residents must be registered with the HOA before requesting entry. Homeowners can submit their additional household occupants online at www.reserveatsawgrass.com/update. Anyone not registered with the HOA as resident or owner living in the home full time will be considered a Guest, and subject to the guest limits described below.
- Residents shall not open the pool gate to admit anyone they do not recognize as a Reserve at Sawgrass resident.
