The Reserve at Sawgrass HOA is hosting a community garage sale in coordination with our surrounding Sawgrass communities.
Suggested hours are between 8AM – 6PM Saturday and Sunday
Residents are welcome to set up garage sales at their home in their garages, driveways and front yards. You are also permitted to place professional, directional garage sale signs no earlier than the Friday prior to the sale. Please remove all garage sale signs Sunday evening. Any remaining signs will be removed & disposed by the HOA the Monday following the garage sale weekend.
If you wish to participate, please sign up via the form below no later than April 1, 2022 by 6PM & the association will add you to the community permit application at no charge to you.
The permit is a group electronic permit and once you RSVP, no further action is required for the permit process. You will not receive a physical permit as it is a group permit for the entire community filed with the County.
Miss the deadline? Want to hold your own garage sale on a different day?
If you miss the deadline for registering with the Association & are still interested in participating, you will need to obtain a Garage Sale Permit through the Orange County Zoning Department. The Orange County Permit fee is $14.00 per home. Homeowners who host a sale without the proper permit will risk a citation from Orange County Code Enforcement.
