Turnover Meeting & Election of Directors
The purpose of this Notice is to advise you of the date, time, and place of the Turnover Meeting and Election and to inform you of the process for nominating and qualifying for the Board. Subsequent to this “FIRST NOTICE” you will receive a “SECOND NOTICE OF TURNOVER ELECTION” that will specify the agenda and advise of other important information concerning the Meeting.
The ballots will be mailed to voting members with the Second Notice of Turnover Meeting and Election not less than 14 days prior to the date of the meeting mentioned above.
DUE TO COVID-19 DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS, MEMBERS SHOULD NOT ATTEND THE MEETING LOCATION IN PERSON. INSTEAD MEMBERS SHOULD SUBMIT A PROXY AND ATTEND THIS MEETING BY VIDEO CONFERENCE.
