Hello neighbors!
With all that the year 2020 has brought us, the Board of Directors has voted to temporarily extend the holiday decorations limits and allow homeowners to put up holiday decorations a few weeks earlier than normal. We know a lot of us love to decorate our homes for the holidays and wanted to give everyone some extra time to enjoy them with their families and neighbors.
Holiday decorations this year will be allowed starting Saturday, November 14, with a removal date of January 16, 2021.
As a reminder, all other rules in our Architectural Guidelines “Holiday Decorations” section still apply:
- Holiday lights and decorations (including music, strobe/flashing lights, etc.) shall not create a nuisance to the adjacent residents or the community.
- Brackets, clips and other holders for holiday lights that are installed on a house must be removed at the time that the lights/decorations are removed.
- No more than 3 individual inflatable display items are permitted for any holiday.
Political Signage Reminder
As a reminder, all political signs must be removed immediately. Per the Governing Docs, all political signage must be removed the day following the election.
